Registration Policies 

1.  Each registration is valid for either one accepted paper or one participant.

2. The remitter is responsible for covering all transaction fees to ensure that the ICER 2025 secretariat receives the full due amount without any deductions.

3. Registration payments must be submitted by the specified deadline corresponding to the registered rate. Failure to meet the payment deadline will result in the exclusion of your papers from the final program and proceedings.

4. All registration fees are non-refundable, except in extreme cases such as medical or family emergencies. The final decision regarding refunds rests with the discretion of the Organizing Committee.
